It could just be the absurdly late hour, but this hallucinogenic episode reminds me of the NO2 visions I used to have in the dentist's office as a kid. Interesting that the illustrator includes some characters from the original opium-inspired animated short.

Truly. And I'm not kidding about the nitrous oxide. They definitely gave me more than they needed to. Thankfully my hallucinations were more like Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds than this video.
